After getting so much positive feedback from those who have tried our Silk Road Seeds & Nuts -- and how even the crumbles in the bottom of the bag were being used -- we decided to create a dry rub just featuring the flavours of this original blend.
Enhancing everything from fried chicken wings, roasts, BBQ ribs, soups, stuffing’s, roast vegetables and so much more, this blend doesn’t hold back on flavour. It's punchy and potent, so if flavour is your game, then this will be your new vice. Enjoy amazing flavour and a nutrient-rich boost with every bite.
How to Use:
- Use as a dry rub marinade on a butterfly chicken for the BBQ
- Marinate premium cuts of meat for a roast -- venison works particularly well
- Sprinkle over vegetables then grill or roast
- Use as the seasoning on your potato wedges
- Use as the seasoning for your stuffing
- Use as the base for vegetable and meat soups
Storage:
Keep airtight in the tin and store in a spice drawer or panty at ambient temperature.
