Inspired to create a healthy and flavourful dried stock, I designed a combination of Mediterranean herbs and spices with organic brown rice flour as a carrier. This blend has become my go-to in the kitchen, infusing dishes with aromatic and delicious flavours. Its robustness provides an ample hit of savoury taste.
How to Use:
- Use as a traditional stock of 1 tsp to 1 cup of water
- Rub liberally over a whole chicken or drumsticks
- Scatter over a tray of roast vegetables or Friday night wedges to go with homemade crumbled fish and salad.
- Mix with butter to make a flavoured butter for spreading on corn, steamed vegetables or toasted ciabatta
Storage:
Keep airtight in the tin and store in a spice drawer or pantry at ambient temperature. If purchased in the larger bags, please make sure you transfer it to an airtight container once opened.
Ingredients:
Brown rice flour, onion powder, garlic powder, yeast flakes, salt, herbs, spices, peppercorns, lemon peel and mustard seeds.
