This blend was inspired for those that prefer a ‘nut free’ option. Infused with our signature Silk Road aromatics, this blend also showcases toasted buckwheat, coconut chips, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

How to Use:

• Scatter through roast vegetable salads. 
• Use as a topper for whole grilled vegetables like eggplant, courgette or capsicums.
• For a show stopping vegetarian centrepiece, generously coat a whole roasted cauliflower with the buckwheat blend.
• Sprinkle liberally over a hearty fish pie.
• Add over scrambled eggs in the morning for hearty twists on a classic.
• Simply enjoy by the handful as a healthy snack.

Storage:

Once opened, transfer into an airtight container and store at ambient temperature in a dark place like a pantry or drawer. For extended longevity, this blend can also be put into the fridge (which we highly recommend).
